• Garden store with up and over door with integral picket gate
• Entrance lobby with w/c
• First floor flat with full bathroom
• Installation of grey water system to service the toilets and outside tap
• Upgrading of gas and water feed to existing property
• Reconstruction of outbuilding and York paved area
